"Internationale Amateursternwarte e. V." (International Amateur Observatory) is a non-profit society, facilitating access to large telescopes under optimal skies, both for visual observations and astrophotography. Superb conditions in conjunction with the fascinating southern skies, that's Namibia and in particular the Gamsberg. The later is one of the best astronomical locations in the southern hemisphere,  probably only second to Paranal in Chile.
